Bubblina is our collaboration with Melbourne’s Tallboy and Moose of Preston (Melbourne) and will be available in kegs and 500ml tins from the end of April. We bonded with these guys over a mutual love for beer and wine…naturally leading us to create a beer and wine style hybrid! Originally brewed for Good Beer Week in Melbourne (before COVID-19 came along) this funky beer was made with our house Berliner Weisse and co-fermented with a blend of 100% wild-fermented Semillon (705) and Sauv Blanc (30%) from Ironstone and Della Fay vineyards. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops to bring out the passionfruit and mango aromas, the result was a bright, dry, sparkling style, Berliner Weisse, with a mild yet complex funk.
