Our distributor in Australia, sent their emissary, James from Perth, to brew this big, frothy Baltic Porter. In the Outback, they don’t mess around and they don’t fornicate arachnids! They do like our maple syrups and the finest cold brew coffee from our local Heine Bros. Coffee, so we added those to the brew to round out that crisp Baltic character. They love their bourbon just the same as us Yanks, so we aged this beer in Old Forester barrels for two-months. The resulting beverage will make ya say, “Crikey!” – Against The Grain
