Cake. Pavlova. Pancakes. Wimbledon. What do all of these things have in common? They’re all much better with strawberries and cream. For our latest Milkshake IPA, we started with a smooth and creamy base of wheat, oats and light crystal malts. Pureed strawberries, milk sugar and vanilla are added to conjure thoughts of those little red and white swirly candies, and Huel Melon, Mosaic and Cashmere hops are added at five stages to provide a light bitterness and complementary ripe fruit and berry-like top notes. – 3 Ravens Brewery
