2023 has given the wine an elegant frame with black cherry, spice and other red fruits – blood plum, cranberries – floral with some dry herbs/tea
Always a lovely acidity and those very fine, persistent tannins.
Looks great now but as always, if you can hold onto it for 5+ years you’ll be rewarded with more savour and intensity. – Ravensworth Estate
