Good Intentions Wine Co. is made up of wife and husband duo Louise and Andrew. Based on a small property in Mount Gambier on Australia’s youngest volcano, where they own and farm all their chardonnay vines, and lease a plot of Pinot Noir nearby.
Using old world methods, hand picking fruit and open fermenting with indigenous yeast only. Producing great tasting, unique wines that express this unique terroir above anything else.
This year they’ve sourced Cabernet grapes from Coonawarra’s V and A lane vineyard. Classic Coonawarra tannin profile and hint of a green quality are there but dialed down a touch to allow to drink now or cellar for years.
