We already talked a lot about this remarkable vineyard, dry grown fruit, the result of Ernst’s utmost care and love combined with the ocean winds. It is purely magical.
Alluvial clay, 29 yrs old vines results in blackberries and cinnamon. And plums and herbs. And more cinnamon. Precise. Savoury edge. Lush and juicy. It is, as always, our winter treat.
