Set just a few minutes from the famous towers of San Gimignano, Paradiso is a small family estate run by the Cetti family. The wines have gone from strength to strength under the guidance of a top oenologist Paulo Caciorgna.
Fermentation and maceration for 3-4 days in a Rotovinificatore at controlled temperatures. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation before aging in 20 hectoliter barrels for 8-12 months.
This wine delivers classic Tuscan notes of red cherries, dark fruits, spices and just enough tannins to hold up against a pizza.
