Mon and Tim are the brains and hearts behind Manon Farms in the Adelaide Hills region of Forest Range. An absolute power duo, Moniques family vineyards back in NZ were the first to be recognised as biodynamic and Tim is a celebrated chef, cooking in a multitude of restaurants the world over. They’re deeply passionate and knowledgeable about the land, orchards, vegetable gardens and native forests carefully cultivated alongside their vineyards.

Geoponika is a great example of Manon wines cellaring principles. Only every making and releasing wines when they are truly ready. The fruit for the Geoponika is selected from the most expressive and mineral pockets of the vineyards. A chardonnay, savagnin blend that is only made in years where the seasons have played out just right. The 2022 vintage was aged for a further two years in bottle before being released, created layers of complexity that come together delectably harmoniously.
