Delicious little Beaujolais made in partnership between Das Juice and winemaker Guillaume Chanudet.

When Tom and James of Das Juice and LoFi Wines had the opportunity to make wine in France, Le Juice was born. Le Juice is 100% Gamay and comes from a small single site called ‘La Cabane’ on the hill of the famed ‘La Madonne’ in the high reaches of Fleurie, Beaujolais. Known for their commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention, Tom and James have crafted this wine to offer a true taste of Fleurie without compromising on quality or accessibility.

The 35 year old old bush vines are planted on coarse sand with specks of bright pink granite. The wine is carbonic macerated for 10 days as whole bunches in concrete and aged for 6 months in tank, bottled young with a small sulphur addition. The result is a juicy and bright wine with a fleshy mid palette that gains complexity as it opens up.
