The fruit is sourced from four blocks across two exceptional Chardonnay vineyards in Mount Barker and Denmark. The parcels were hand harvested and direct pressed to a combination of mature oak barriques, newer large-format oak, stainless steel and concrete. The wine matured for a short period on full solids before being racked and bottled.
This is a tight and complex wine with characteristics of citrus, blossom, white stone fruit and flint. – Producers notes
