Originally from Burgundy, Amélie moved to the Jura in 1995 following her wine studies in Beaune. She purchased two hectares of vineyard in the Arbois, with vine ages at the time of over 40 years. She has since added another two hectares for a total surface of just over four hectares.
Following biodynamic practices in the vineyard, hand harvesting, meticulous bunch selection and slow elevage produces classic Jura style wines that are clean and profound.
