This Pet Nat is made from 100% Moscato from a single vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. From Bittern Estate the wine starts fermentation in stainless steel, it spends two weeks on skins and is then moved to old oak for six months in old oak and from there moved into bottle. The nose on this wine is delightful, full of musk sticks and lychees, the lychee carries over onto the pallet with apricot nectar and has a dry finish. – Suppliers notes
