21 different varieties co planted over 2 blocks, one bush vine and the other trellised. Mostly Chenin, Viognier and Chardonnay. Aromatic varieties and reds combine to produce a “fruits of the forest” vibe
De-stemmed and fermented on skins for 2 weeks. Pressed to old oak and left to rest. Bottled early spring.
