Multi-Variety skin contact orange wine from the Great Southern wine region of Western Australia. A mysterious blend of heavily aromatic grape varietals, predominantly Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. With each varietal having a variety of time and intensities of skin contact throughout fermentation. Then aged in a combination of old barrels and large ceramic egg under flor.
Interesting palate with heaps of texture, tight acid and mouth-watering acid, there’s a small amount of nuttiness to round out the whole deal.
