This Chenin Blanc is sourced from a vineyard on a thick limestone (Tuffeau) plateau overlooking the Cher river, close to the village of Cheverny. The grapes are hand harvested, pressed to tank and left on lees overnight. Juices are then vinified in concrete tanks. Left on fine lees for four months then bottled.
