Handpicked Grenache from the Lot 13 vineyard in McLaren Vale & farmed without the use of systemic nor synthetic chemical inputs. Fermented wild as 100% wholebunch & foot-stomped once daily for the first 5 days of ferment. The resulting wine was pressed direct to neutral oak & remained on full solids for 5 months where battonage occurred once monthly. Settled in stainless steel and bottled by hand.
