A warm vintage, 2020 was a year with challenges in Penedes. Mildew saw a loss of 30% of fruit. A mix of organic Spanish varieties ranging from Trepat to Garnacha, VN is named after a style of wine called vinel-lo which is a table wine of low alcohol made with grape pomace. A little reduction on the nose initially, red florals and raspberries shine through as it opens. Fluidity and crunch on the palate. Fine tannins woven around cherries.
