Lucy M Wildman Blanc 2020 vintage. Whole branches of sauvignon blanc bunches and the 5% Pedro Ximénez are placed in a 2400L wooden fermenter and the topped with free-run juice until the fermenter is full. The fermenter is sealed and the wine undergoes carbonic ferment and is aged for 4 months to macerated. The wine is then pressed in winter and assembled. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
