Lucy M Merlot 2020 vintage. 100% destemmed, saignéed and fermented in open-topped wooden barred. After 10 days on skins with occasional plunging, it’s pressed to 500L barrels. The wine is made of the free-run component only. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
