Lucy M Cabernet Franc 2020 vintage. Carbonically fermented for 10 days in a 2400L wooden barrel. Then it is pressed and completes its ferment and is allowed to settle in it 500L barrels. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
