Continental Platter is a vinous journey around Australia with the intention of making delicious wine for everyday drinking. The kind of wines that we would all be happy to finish off the bottle at the end of the day. Our philosophy to deliver this is to take our deep understanding of viticulture to support our growers into sustainable quality driven practices.

All the grapes are sourced from different regions of Australia, from growers that are farming organically, bio dynamically or are farming in a sustainable way and working towards certification. All of the wines are fermented using indigenous yeasts and none of the wines have been fined and no animal products are used during the production of the finished wine, the range is therefore suitable for vegans.

The Shiraz fruit is taken from the Goldburn Valley, VIC. Destemmed and macerated for 10 days before being pressed off to old Hogsheads and one large 2000lt foudre. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal SO2 additions.
