This wine was made from Riesling grapes (trans: the king of grape varieties) purchased from the famous Domaine Philippe Brand in Alsace whose vines are certified by Demeter for biodynamic practices. The grapes underwent whole bunch maceration for 15 days before being pressed and the juice transferred to tank. The maceration has produced a pleasantly orange wine with noticeable, but not intrusive, tannins. The wine was bottled in May 2020 some 8 months after the grapes were harvested.
