Since 1997, Pascale Riviere has been the powerhouse behind one of the finest projects, in one of the finest terroirs of the Languedoc. Across 11 hectares of limestone and clay, including the cru regions of Montpeyroux and Terrasses du Larzac, she farms her mix of magical plots organically and the resulting wines are bursting with life, vitality and a freshness that dazzles.
