Made with Catalonia’s indigenous, light-skinned Sumoll grape. Sour cherries and rhubarb here, slurpy and crunchy, it really opens up with oxygen and becomes more complex, vibrant fruit underpinned with a mineral core. Serve with a chill. Unfiltered, unfined and vegan.
