Partida Creus produce a very limited quantity of high-end very original wines made with organically grown grapes. Certified organic using indigenous and near-extinct grape varieties.

From Baix Penedès (Maritime Penedès), an area characterised by its low-altitude location next to the Mediterranean Sea and beneath the coastal mountain range. The climate here is more consistent, Mediterranean and warm.

100% Cartoixa Vermell From the Xarello family, a white grape with red flesh, which is a nearly extinct native variety. Rested in stainless tanks for a short period and inoculated with native yeasts to kick start fermentation before being quickly bottled, where it continues fermentation until dry. Hand disgorged.

Exotic and inviting, musk, pepper and pink grapefruit, this vintage displays more fruit than phenolics. Slippery, galangal undertones, feathery phenolics, enticing and fresh.
