Reine de la Nuit, is made from Alice’s estate grapes grown in the famous La Mailloche vineyard which is just outside Arbois. The wine is made from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes that were harvested by hand and stored in small crates. In 2018 it was direct pressed to produce a lively and delicious wine that was bottled without any additions including sulphites. (Sometimes the grapes are macerated but always from the same vineyard. The wine is certified as both organic by Ecocert France and biodynamic with Demeter. – Domaine De L’Octavin
