Hand picked and whole bunch pressed Aglianico from Keith Jenkins Vineyard in McLaren Vale and Caj Amadio’s vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Pét-nat (Pétillant-naturel) uses nature’s own agenda to create a dry sparkling wine. Classic early picked Aglianico characters of rosewater and turkish delight combine with the cloudy, rustic and textural, remnants of fermentation.
