From a 0.8ha plot of 60 year old vines, grown on white granite and red schist. This site is quite elevated at 500M. De-stemmed, 15 days cold carbonic maceration, then aged in old barrels for 18 months. 10ppm SO2 before bottling. – Distributor’s notes
