Named after their Alpaca, Manny who joined the family late just like the pressing of this wine. What intended to be a gentle slow press turned out to be a very slow one when the fruit press ‘Howard’ broke down. The fruit was on skins for about 20 hours. Fermented dry in tank and then 1/3 aged in old wood.
A fruit forward rosé, with intensity and texture but high acid keeping it clean and crisp. Ridiculously drinkable!
