Established in 1891 Weingut Brand now comprises 18 hectares under vine which was fully converted to organics in 2015 and is run by young gun’s and brothers Daniel and Jonas Brand. Their Pur Range is all unfined, unfiltered and contains no additions, including sulphur. Their grandmother Helga draws the designs for the labels. (Producer’s notes)
