On the nose, the MAGIC MOUNTAIN presents itself with cool minerality and opulence. Again, we find almost vintage-typical slightly kräutrige nuances with spicy yeast. The subtle exoticism of the vintage plays here very nuanced from lychee and mango to papaya and the finest hints of passion fruit to the delicate, almost creamy finish that was created by the long yeast contact. The MAGIC MOUNTAIN dresses the mouth completely by its fine minerality, paired with ripe apple, mirabelle and peach. The fine herb aroma familiar from the mountain is reflected in very subtle hints.
