In a novel twist to our farming & brewing journey, landlubber Two Metre Tall meets Tasmanian farmers of oysters in Great Bay in Bruny Island and mussels in the spectacular Freycinct national park. We believe Tasmania produces the finest molluscs. Biased? Yes we are! Regardless we have infused literally dozens of them in a rich, dark, bitter black ale.
Sparged with salty seawater, lavished with fresh seaweed then matured for at least two years in oak barrels.
