This time we have a tight and bright blend of composing Pinot Gris and Chardonnay from the Eminence Vineyard and a splash of Arneis and Riesling.
Aromas of lemon curd, pepper and apple dance a delicate dance alongside a palate of caramel, stewed apricots, whey, and white pepper. Best enjoyed with El Pacu asado. – Producer’s Notes
