Good Intentions Wine Co. is made up of wife and husband duo Louise and Andrew. Based on a small property in Mount Gambier on Australia’s youngest volcano, where they own and farm all their chardonnay vines, sourcing the rest of their grapes from nearby Coonawarra while their freshly planted pinot noir grows.
Using old world methods, hand picking fruit and open fermenting with indigenous yeast only. Producing great tasting, unique wines that express this unique terroir above anything else.
A classic style chardonnay with an interesting edge, grapes from their own vineyard adding the heavy flint rock characteristics blended alongside negotiant fruit from Coonawara’s V and A lane vineyard. Fleshy, rounded palate but with some bright acidity and a nice textured finish.
