Seven Oaks Farmhouse Cider is a small, 4th generation, family run orchard, where they hand process and press all their apples using traditional rack and cloth methods. The orchard, in Merricks North, has a large collection of English and French cider apple varietals that are used to make over 13 single variety farmhouse ciders and plenty more blends. With styles ranging from the traditional dry, funky flavours to sweet, fruity blends. We’ve picked a few of our absolute favourites to show the diversity of their range and of cider in Australia.
Belle de Boskoop is a beloved cider of Normandy. Delightful citrus flavours. Palate is balanced by a clear singing apple acidity. Bottle conditioned, very slow and cold ferment.
