From his first vintage in 2011 through 2017, Sage vinified his wines at a site he rented in the hardly less remote village of Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue. Sage has now officially partnered up with Jordi Torgue to make wine as ‘Force Boisson’ and 2018 was the first vintage produced in the new isolated winery, a converted stone farmhouse perched 1000 meters above sea-level in the remote Fressinet, Haute Loire. On the upper level, they keep fiberglass, steel fermentation tanks and manual presses when downstairs they store bottles and age wines in barrel. Daniel & Jordi now farm about 1.8 ha in Body along the negoce fruit.
