• Local Delivery (excluding Tuesdays, Fridays, Christmas Day, Christmas Day Observed, New Year’s Day, New Year’s Day Observed, Boxing Day Observed. Peak periods, public holidays, and weekends. Alternative days may also be excluded at our discretion without prior notice. This service is available in selected local delivery suburbs only.)

• Standard and Cool Shipping

We ship nationwide using Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) to selected metro and regional locations and can also at times ship with Australia Post without notice. For shipping options outside of the Aramex delivery network, bulk or international orders please email us at shop@mrwest.com.au. Shipping outside of the Aramex delivery network will incur additional fees.

 

SHIPPING OFFERS + PROMOTIONS

Free Shipping

Customers are entitled to free shipping to selected suburbs nationwide for all purchases over $350. Orders that include mix 6 discounts and sale items still qualify for free shipping.

The offer applies exclusively to shipping addresses within the Mr West Same Day Delivery Zone and the Aramex delivery network. Customers will be notified at the cart if their address is outside of the Aramex delivery network. Shipping outside of the Aramex delivery network will incur additional fees. Good Booze Project Subscription Service

Our Good Booze Project subscriptions are dispatched on the first Tuesday of each month. Please note that shipping is not included in the monthly subscription product price, and additional charges will apply.

Please note that delivery/shipping pricing may be adjusted at our discretion and without prior notification.

For subscribers within the Mr West Local Delivery zone, you have the convenient option to choose same-day delivery or click+collect during checkout.

If you are located outside of the Mr West Local Delivery zone but within the Aramex delivery network, you will have the following choices at checkout: click+collect, standard shipping, or cool shipping. Your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery window, as mentioned in our shipping general info below.

For those who place a subscription order along with additional items qualifying for free shipping on your first purchase, please be aware that shipping charges will apply to all future renewal orders based on your location.

If your shipping address falls outside of the Aramex delivery network, additional fees will be incurred. For more details regarding shipping outside this network, please feel free to contact us at shop@mrwest.com.au.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local Delivery costs a flat rate of $10 and is available to customers from selected suburbs (see list below). Orders placed before 12pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be delivered the same day by 8pm and orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the next local delivery day by 8pm.

To place a Local Delivery order, follow these steps. Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout. Select Local Delivery as your shipping method and follow the steps to finalise your purchase. A Mr West team member will personally deliver your package.

Local Delivery is only valid on days when the bottle shop is trading as our normal hours unless otherwise specified. Please get in touch with us on our socials to confirm our hours.

Order Placement

To utilise In-Store Click & Collect, follow these steps:

Add desired products to your shopping cart

Proceed to checkout when ready

Choose In-Store Click & Collect as the shipping method

Complete the necessary steps to finalise your purchase

Upon receiving, preparing, and packing your order, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its readiness for collection.

Collection Process

To collect your order:

Have your order number number ready

Present email confirmation and/or valid ID

Chat to our team members in-store to collect

Collection Timeframe

Orders must be collected within 3 months of the purchase date. Our online customer service team will attempt to remind customers regarding collection before cancelling the order via email and/or text message. Failure to respond to our reminders or collect the order within the stipulated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the order without eligibility for a refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification from Aramex. If we have chosen to ship with Australia Post at our discretion you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post. Your shipping dispatch email will notify you whether your order has been shipped via Amarex. If you fall outside of our network, we will contact you with your specific tracking. If you have not received an order update within 10 business days, please notify us by email at shop@mrwest.com.au

All shipments are authorised for authority to leave. We cannot assume liability for packages left in a secure location that have not been retrieved by the intended recipient. If you prefer not to have your packages left in a secure location, kindly provide specific instructions in the ‘Notes’ section during checkout.

Please note by law deliveries containing alcohol cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years.

Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO box addresses or parcel collect boxes/lockers.

We aim to offer a competitive shipping rate. Shipping is calculated based on the location, size and weight of your order. Please observe your individual rates at the check-out before finalising your purchase.

COOL SHIPPING

Mr West cold stores all beer and zero sulphur wine to ensure freshness and quality. When ordering these products we recommend choosing our cool shipping option where we pack your order with specialised ice packs to prevent your booze from being heat-affected during transit. Interstate customers, please note that the cool shipping method may not keep your order cold for the entirety of the journey but will keep it cold for a number of days and greatly reduce the risk of heat damage during transit.

Please note this is NOT a refrigerated transport service. We may contact you to suggest delaying your order during extremely hot periods. Our preferred postal network is Aramex. Cool Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $4 per order on top of your regular shipping cost and is calculated at the checkout.

 

TRACKING + DELIVERY

Mr West uses Aramex for all shipping services but can at our discretion use Australia Post on occasion. Customers will receive an email from Aramex as soon as their package has been collected. To follow the status of an order, visit the Aramex tracking page and enter the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email.

All parcels can be tracked via the tracking sent with your order dispatch email. If you have specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind the side gate etc. please leave this comment in the notes section of your checkout. If you choose to not indicate delivery instructions to not leave the parcel unattended on the premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered.

If the premises are unattended during a delivery that requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up specified by your Aramex courier. Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Should redelivery be required as a result of the incorrect delivery address provided, a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 processing and transaction fee.

If the parcel is refused by the recipient for change of mind, the parcel has not been collected from the specified pick-up within the collection timeframe, or the parcel has been attempted delivery multiple times and Mr West has tried to arrange the re-delivery without any correspondence from customer’s end which resolves in a return to sender, then Mr West is not liable to offer a refund.
