Second year into this fantastic collaboration with Alex and Galit from The Other Right. All our white varieties harvested made their way into this wine. Chardonnay, Viognier, Sémillon, Sauvignon, Gris and so on. Fortified with the best aged organic grape spirit around, the resulting blend was left in barrel for a year, sous voile (un-topped).
