Pretty Good For A Tuesday is a West Coast IPA, with El Dorado and Simcoe featuring heavily in both the hot and cold side hop additions. Punchy aromas of grapefruit, citrus and resin sweetness hit hard with flavours of pine, orange marmalade and orange. There is a firm but balanced bitterness right the way through with a finish that is neither sweet nor dry, but right in the middle. Incredibly smooth and balanced WC IPA that has both bitterness and also incorporates dry-hopping techniques to bring out the best of the hops.
