Coming from young Chardonnay vines, the harvest is harvested manually and transported in crates. This sparkling wine is made using the Champagne method, with 12 to 24 months left on slats before being disgorged, drawn and corked raw. This white Crémant has a pale yellow color releasing fine, elegant bubbles. The fresh citrus aromas and fine bubbles make it pleasant on the palate. Well balanced, its foam is also fine and persistent.This wine is perfect as an aperitif or dessert but will also accompany scallops or river fish. Its aromatic freshness and slight acidity will perfectly accompany the aroma of the fish. Ideal tasting temperature: 6/8°C
