[Miyoshikiku’s] Mamiya san makes very unconventional sake in every way. The flavours are bold, bright, vibrant with great mouth feel. This Tokubetsu Junmai is still light with tropical fruit aromas, pineapple zing and a slight sour tone towards the end. Many of our customers say it reminds them a bit of a wine. But it *is* different.
Easily paired with western style food like creamy pasta and dishes with full flavour.
