Apple Pie shine from Melbourne Moonshine is a traditional moonshine hand-made from two different types of Australian apples that are cold pressed, the fresh juice is then blended with triple-distilled moonshine. the process takes whole fruit to delicious booze in less than 24 hours. a carefully selected blend of spices including cinnamon and nutmeg is steeped in the apple pie shine over a number of weeks, slowly extracting the naunced flavours of homemade apple pie. bottled at an approachable 30% abv, which leaves a delicious warmth on the pallette. mixed perfectly with a ginger beer and lime wedge or consumed neat, surrounded by friends, whilst singing off-key. – Melbourne Moonshine
