La Sirène is one of Melbourne’s stalwart breweries, experimenting with wild-fermented beers since 2010. Specalising in farmhouse, wild, oak-aged and coolship ales, employing centuries-old techniques and fermenting with wild inoculated yeasts.
La Sirène have been making their Praline for 10 years now. It’s a very special chocolate ale brewed with rich dark malts and combined with hand-scraped organic vanilla pods and Mexican cacao nibs. Providing a velvety smooth dark ale. In true La Sirène style it is open fermented, adding a subtle acidity that makes an other wise rich ale refreshingly drinkable.
