The Rum Cask Finish has been double distilled in a traditional Copper Pot Still and the resulting single malt Irish whiskey, has been matured in flame charred 200Lt 1st fill Bourbon barrels from Kentucky for 6 years and finally in storage in Cork the Single Malt has been finished for 6 months 200Lt Caribbean flame charred Dark Caribbean Rum Casks. The Pot Still whiskey is then cut, using Cork spring water, Non-Chilled and bottled. (Producer’s notes)
