Hop Nation are our long time neighbours, collaborators and good friends. It’s a story as old as time, a couple of winemakers in NZ start making homebrew for fun on the side and 5 years later they’re opening a brewery in Footscray.
A juicy, hazy brew without the booze. Using a rich hazy base of Maris Otter malt, oats and wheat, then hopping it with with Citra Cyro, Mosaic T90 and Sabro Cryo. Nice stonefruit characters are front and centre with a hoppy dankness coming through.
