This year’s Fresh Hop beer is a reimagining of one of our favourite 2020 releases: Ground Control. Take your protein pills and put your helmet on as this fruit-driven West Coast IPA takes you to outer space.
On March 3 this year, we took a trip to HPA’s Buffalo River Valley hop farm and loaded freshly harvested Eclipse hops straight onto the ute and back to the brewery. We got things moving straight away and a few weeks later, the result is a beer exhibiting all the things we loved about Ground Control first time round; showcasing mandarin, pine and stone fruit characters typical of this hop, but introducing the fresh grassy side of Eclipse to the mix. – Hop Nation Brewing Co.
