The Hapi Session series sees Garage Project teaming up with breweries at the top of their game during the yearly ‘Hapi Synposium’ hosted by Garage Project and freestyle hop farms. Immense World sees the Garage Project team collaborating with Los Angeles based Highland Park to make a west coast take on a classic pilsner. Utilising freestyle Riwaka and Motueka as well as US Mosaic for their bold stone fruit and juicy citrus characteristics, as well as traditional pale german malts for a mellow and slightly sweet base to help meld everything together.
