Grisette was first brewed in the Hainaut region of Belgium in the late 1800s. While the more well known Saison was considered a beer for farmworkers – Grisette was the brew marketed to the miners of the region.
Bridge Road’s take, sees the melding of the texture and aroma of this farmhouse style with a vibrant citrus lift courtesy of fresh Victorian mandarin.
