Banks Brewing is a small family owned brewery in Melbourne’s South East, named for the family dog “Banks”. Starting out brewing in their Seaford home in May 2016, they’ve since made a household name for themselves.
Roller Skating Dancing is a great example of a Cali IPA, this style shows all the awesome characteristics of a West Coast IPA but takes elements from cleaner lager style beers using a light malt base of mostly pilsner malt, a more layered hopping approach & an extremely clean finish. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, YCH702 & Cascade. Hoppy, citrus driven & super crisp.
