A skin contact blend of Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc from McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills with a touch of old-vine Muscat from the famed Stonegarden vineyard in Eden Valley. Grapes were all hand picked fermented on skins for 3 weeks, then pressed where a long slow natural ferment took place in tank and old Austrian oak puncheons for 5 months. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
The tropics have arrived and with them the full spectrum of a generous fruit salad. Chalky texture sitting behind plenty of mineral drive.
